Lifetime Authentication Guarantee

We offer a lifetime authentication guarantee on all items sold.

If an item purchased from ResselleLuxe is deemed unauthentic by a recognised, reputable authentication service, we will:

• Provide a full refund

• Cover return shipping costs
  

This guarantee applies for the lifetime of the item.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of second-hand luxury items, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Returns Accepted Only for Discrepancies

A return or refund will only be accepted if:

• The item has flaws or discrepancies that were not disclosed, and

• The issue is clearly inconsistent with the photos, videos, and description provided in the listing

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photo or video evidence.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved:

• The item must be returned in the exact condition received

• Any signs of use, damage, or alteration will void the return
